The Honest Truth:
I'm doing what I love & love what I'm doing.........
Finally, I can honestly say that. I've always loved "taking pictures", but it wasn't until my son was born in 1998 that I realized how much I really enjoyed capturing those moments in time.....those moments of him sleeping in his crib, or playing quietly with his toys....or discovering new things...then when he was older and began playing sports, I coached his soccer team, and would be on the field "coaching", but most of the time, I had my point & shoot camera in my hand. And then he started playing baseball, and I knew it was going to take more than my point & shoot camera to capture those "action" shots that I wanted to capture.....
My desire to do more with photography kept growing. In 2008 I bought my first dlsr camera and dove in head first...
I'll be honest - I had no idea what I was getting myself into. But 3-years later, I'm still here and it's been a wonderful creative process.
FACT: I'm a self-taught photographer with a passion for all things beautiful but I do keep up with photography updates and online classes when possible.
I live by "Creating Memories One Photo At A Time" simply I want to the be the person who captures the moments that makes you smile, reminisce, live, laugh, cry - you get the picture......
I'm direct, honest, willing, & always open to new ideas.
I love low maintenance, low drama, fun, laidback clients. My sessions are a combination of casual/formal combo and usually stress free (sometimes stress is unavoidable, but I'll do everything I can to avoid it)
I learn by watching the best, reading, making mistakes, and learning about new technology that helps me do my job well.
I pride myself in being flexible with what my clients needs. There's little fuss and plenty of conversation going back and forth to make sure your sessions are captured exactly the way you want them to be.
I haven't learned to scale back what I give to a client, but I guess that's not too bad... I prefer giving my best to clients even if it means taking a "tad" longer to provide the final product.
Ultimately, my role as your photographer to make sure your moments meet the vision you've laid out in your mind and to make sure you get exactly what you want.
